Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pacific Foundation is a non-profit organization working for education, health, women empowerment, and social welfare. We value the support of our donors and well-wishers. Since donations are voluntary and used immediately for charitable activities, please note the following policy:

1. Donations

All donations made to Pacific Foundation are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a donation is received, it will be used for our charitable programs and cannot be returned.

2. Incorrect Transaction

In case of a duplicate or incorrect transaction, kindly notify us within 7 working days with valid proof.

After verification, we will initiate a refund (if applicable) within 10–15 working days through the original mode of payment.

3. Event/Program Fees

If you have registered for a paid program or event, cancellations made at least 7 days prior may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative deductions.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.
